Terms of Service

Last updated June 8, 2026

These terms cover your use of Cue, operated at attentioncue.com. By creating an account or connecting a service or an agent, you agree to them. We have kept them short and readable; nothing here is meant to surprise you.

What Cue does

Cue is two things in one surface. It is a notification hub — connect a project or service and it gathers what matters into one inbox of streams and cues. It is also a human-in-the-loop layer for AI agents — agents connect over MCP, and when one needs a decision it raises a request and blocks until you respond. You are responsible for what you connect and for the decisions you make on the requests you receive.

Your account

You need an account to use Cue, and you must give accurate sign-in details and keep them current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the security of your credentials and API tokens. Cue is for people aged 16 or older. Tell us promptly if you suspect your account or a token has been compromised.

Connectors and agents

When you set up a connector or grant an agent access, you confirm you are allowed to share that data and those credentials with Cue, and that doing so does not break your agreement with the upstream service. You are responsible for the scopes you grant. Agent requests are decision aids: an agent will act on the answer you give, so review each request before you decide. Cue relays your decision faithfully but does not make decisions for you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights with the service.
  • Probe, scan, or disrupt Cue’s systems, or try to reach data that is not yours. Found a flaw? Our security page tells you how to report it.
  • Abuse the API or connectors — no scraping, no flooding, no working around rate limits.
  • Resell or rebrand Cue as your own without our written agreement.
  • Connect data you have no right to share, or use Cue to harass or harm others.

Your content

Your streams, cues, connector configurations, and agent-request records are yours. You grant us only the limited permission we need to host and process them so the service works — to display your inbox, sync it across your devices, and relay agent decisions. We claim no ownership of your content and we do not use it to train models.

Plans and payment

Cue offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on the cycle shown at checkout, and they renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active through the period you already paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Availability

We work to keep Cue fast and dependable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or retire features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect how you use the service.

Termination

You can stop using Cue and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk; where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first. When an account closes, we handle the underlying data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

Cue is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use Cue after a change means you accept the updated terms.
